Ryuto Hirata, Foreign Affairs Officer, participated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)'s "Dialogue with Students: My Proposal" and gave a presentation at the "Next Generation Presentation Summit." He presented a proposal on Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA) in the global health field, titled "Visualization Diplomacy for 'Human Security'."
